Where is your store location?

Mimi Crafti is an online store only. You can find all our products on our site and you can request a custom order by contacting our team on Facebook or Instagram.

When will i get my order?
  • Add your order to the cart and click on the checkout button add your address and the system will show you the estimated shipping time.

  • After order confirmation on the website, someone from our team will call you again to confirm the order details (if needed).

  • The delivery agency is off on Friday.

  • The courier will call you to set an appointment before receiving your order.

What is the shipping cost?

Add your order to cart and add your shipping address after that the system will calculate the shipping cost depending on your order and your address.

Can I return an item?
  • Please make sure you place your order carefully before checkout.
    If you place a custom order make sure (text and names you wrote are correct). We are not responsible for spelling mistakes on your side.
  • We don't refund or exchange customized products. We do this ONLY in case something is damaged, you have to check the order while the courier is at your door.
  • If something is broken or damaged, please return the item and don't pay the delivery fees.
  • Once the courier leaves we won't be able to return or exchange Damaged items.

Can i cancel my order?

Yes, you need to contact us on WhatsApp to cancel your order before we ship it and we will refund your money to the payment method used. The refund process time is determined by the payment method you used to make the purchase.
